Price Match Policy

Alexanian Carpet & Flooring will price match any of our competitors.

If you find a lower price in-store, in print or online before you make your purchase we’ll match the advertised price.

To qualify for a price match the product must meet the following criteria:

• Must be the exact same brand, name, style and colour.
• Must be priced in Canadian Dollars and include shipping costs, and other charges.
• Must be sold by an authorized retailer in Canada and will be adjusted to reflect any fees and taxes.
• The following types of retailers/sellers do not qualify for a price match:
  • Non-retail sellers on consumer to consumer transaction websites such as Kijiji
  • Marketplace sellers on Amazon.ca, or resellers such as eBay.ca
  • Any retailers whose products are refurbished or liquidated
  • Contractors with no retail location or e-commerce website.
• The product must be in stock and readily available for sale, and cannot be a limited time offer, pre-order, only in limited quantity available or 2nd quality goods.
• The product’s price must not be lower due to any of the following:
  • Advertising error, misprint, special sale price, discontinued, clearance, liquidations, open merchandise, special orders, door crashers, member-only pricing, damaged goods, delivery, installation labour, financing offers, restricted offers, rebates, coupons, mail order offers, free or bonus offers, Family and Friends events, Black Friday prices, Cyber Monday prices, Boxing Day/week prices.
• Alexanian Carpet & Flooring reserves the right to verify the lower price to the sale.
• Price match is honoured at all Alexanian Carpet & Flooring retail locations and on alexanian.com; subject to quantity availability and meeting the price match policy conditions.

Visit any Alexanian store or call 1-866-878-2525 if you wish to purchase on alexanian.com before checkout to request a price match. If you qualify, we be able to discount your purchase on the spot! Please remember to bring the flyer, advertisement, or the full web address of the lower priced product with you when visiting a store or ready when you call.

How to request a price match if you have already made your purchase.

In Store: If you had made your purchase in-store please return to the Alexanian location you purchased from to make your request. Please remember to bring the flyer, advertisement, or the full web address of the lower priced product and your original receipt.

Online: If you had made your purchase on alexanian.com, you can request a price match by sending an e mail to: estore@alexanian.com with the subject line “Price Match” For email requests, ensure to include the brand and name of the product you want to price match, the lower price of the product, and the web address to the product page or flyer with the listed price.

By phone: If you had made your purchase you can request a price match by calling us at 1-866-878-2525

Price Match policy does not cover:

• Labour and services.
• Commercial, builder, large project contractor accounts and competitors. Price match is meant for residential accounts only.
• Multiple price matches on the same item (Item identified by brand and style code)
• Once price match offered per product and category per customer each year.
• Financing offers.
