1. Are your installers subcontracted?
The majority are but we take pride in handpicking and often training the installers we use on our projects. This is a family run business and our install team are an extension of our family.
2. How long is your labour warranty on your installation?
1-year labour warranty but we don’t turn anyone away after the 1-year mark
3. Can you/will you move furniture for me?
Absolutely, the Alexanian team is happy to remove and replace standard household furniture during flooring installations
4. Will you remove and dispose of existing flooring?
Yes, we lift and dispose any flooring surfaces. We actually recycle all of our carpet underpad instead of sending to a landfill.
5. How long will it take to order the product and complete the job?
Each floor category and each flooring project carries a unique timeline based on many variables. Please inquire with your Sales Professional to receive an updated timeline on your flooring order.
6. Do you provide the service of in floor heat under my tile?
Yes, we offer supply and install of electric heat option to any and all tile installations
7. Can you also help set up area rugs within my home after purchase?
Yes, most of our stores do have a set up service in addition to the delivery service. Please check with your local Alexanian location to ensure that this is available at the store of your choice.
8. Do you provide cleaning services?
Yes, Alexanian has a fantastic cleaning service that we provide.
9. How do I book my cleaning service in the future?
