1. Are the prices for area rugs the same on the website as they are in the stores?
Yes, the prices are the same.
2. When will I receive my online purchase?
You can expect your rug delivery within 4 to 10 business days. If the rug is out of stock you will be notified within 1 business day with an estimated delivery date and the option to either cancel or change your order.
3. How do I return a rug I purchased through your online store?
Notify us by email that you would like to return the rug. Visit our our policy page.

5. Do you offer free shipping from your online store?
Yes, we offer free shipping for online area rug orders. Some oversize rugs and delivery to remote areas may not qualify for free shipping. Please check our policy page for more detail, or call toll free 1-866-878-2525 M-F 9-5pm EST.
6. The actual colour of my rug looks different than the website picture.
Colour is critical and we try very hard to post accurate rug pictures on our site. Variations in colour may also occur due to different computer monitors. If you have a question about colouration of a rug, call toll free 1-866-878-2525 M-F 9-5pm EST.
