1. Are the prices for area rugs the same on the website as they are in the stores?
Yes, the prices are the same in-store and online.
2. When will I receive my online purchase?
You can expect your rug delivery within 4-10 business days. If the rug is out of stock you will be notified within 1 business day with an estimated delivery date and the option to either cancel or change your order.
3. How do I return a rug I purchased through your online store?

5. Do you offer free shipping from your online store?

6. The actual colour of my rug looks different than the website picture.
Colour is critical and we do our best to post accurate images on our site. Variations in colour may also occur due to different computer monitor, or mobile screen settings. If you have any questions about colouration of a rug, call 1-866-878-2525 Monday-Friday 9-5pm EST.
